Step 1 - Book your first appointment

Book your 45-minute initial visit online at a time that works for you.

Step 2 - Complete your Intake forms

After you book, you’ll receive an email with a link to our online new patient intake form.

Completing it ahead of time helps us prepare for your visit.


Step 3 - Appointment Reminder

You will receive an automated email reminder from our booking system 48 hours before your appointment, and a text message 2 hours before (if you opt in for the SMS messages)


Step 4 - Arrive at the Clinic

Parking spots are designated for the commercial units of the condo, and their exact location will be

Step 5 - Check-in & settle in

When you arrive, please check-in.

Enjoy some time on the massage chair while you wait for your chiropractor


Step 6 - Your first visit

Your chiropractor will take time for a thorough consultation and physical exam.

From there, you’ll receive clear recommendations for next steps - which may include chiropractic care, imaging, or a referral if needed.

Payment & receipts 

Payment is processed using the credit card on file after each appointment.

Our fees:

  • New Patient Appointment: $120

  • Regular Adjustment: $50

  • Cox Spinal Decompression: $65

  • Baby – Regular Adjustment: $50

We operate on a pay-as-you-go basis - no packages or prepayment required.

An electronic receipt will be sent to your email right after each visit, ready to submit to your insurance provider.

If ongoing care is recommended, you can book follow-up appointments online anytime - or schedule directly with your chiropractor before you leave.
